Como Quality Analyst, serás responsable de garantizar la calidad de nuestros productos dentro del centro de distribución, realizando inspecciones visuales y muestreos de materiales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los altos estándares que distinguen a nuestras marcas.

¿Qué harás?

• Realizar inspecciones visuales de productos en el centro de distribución, asegurando que cumplan con los estándares de calidad definidos por la compañía.
• Verificar el estado físico de los productos (ausencia de daños, suciedad o defectos visibles) para prevenir la distribución de productos no conformes.
• Validar la correcta identificación del producto, incluyendo legibilidad de códigos de barra, etiquetado y presentación general.
• Revisar la consistencia de atributos como color, terminado y apariencia, garantizando uniformidad en los productos.
• Seleccionar muestras representativas de distintos lotes o ubicaciones del almacén.
• Trasladar los productos al área de inspección o laboratorio.
• Realizar la evaluación correspondiente y documentar resultados.
• Asegurar la correcta reintegración de los materiales inspeccionados al almacén.
• Manipular diversos tipos de materiales y formatos, siguiendo buenas prácticas de seguridad y manejo.
• Registrar resultados de inspección en herramientas digitales (Excel, sistemas internos), asegurando trazabilidad, precisión y orden en la información.
• Identificar desviaciones o incidencias de calidad y escalar oportunamente al equipo correspondiente.
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de operaciones, logística y calidad, asegurando alineación en procesos y estándares.
• Cumplir con los turnos rotativos asignados, manteniendo un alto nivel de desempeño y compromiso en cada jornada.
• Contribuir activamente a la mejora continua de procesos de inspección, proponiendo ideas que aumenten la eficiencia y calidad operativa.

• Carrera técnica o universitaria (Industrial, Química o afín).
• Excel intermedio (registro y reporte de datos)
• SAP (deseable, no excluyente)
• Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo turnos rotativos
