18 Reasons Program Coordinator VISTA

The VISTA member will strengthen our Cooking Matters program, which supports over 3,500 families each year in making healthy food choices on a budget. They will design new program resources and curricula to enhance impact and participant satisfaction, and ensure sustainability through training materials for staff, volunteers, and Peer Health Educators. The member will expand community capacity by developing outreach tools, cultivating new partnerships, and creating systems for volunteer and Peer Health Educator recruitment and training. They will also design evaluation tools to assess program effectiveness, supporting data-driven decision-making and long-term improvement.
