Job Description:
The Technical Business Analyst will:
Research and document current processes and controls
Understand controls tied to Commercial Lending processes and the impact the Commercial Lending Transformation project will have on those processes.
Work with business process owners to ensure they understand project impact on controls and work process owners to validate controls prior to next project release.
Will work with Second Line of Defense (SOX, etc.) partners to sign off on control validations.
Will help organize and maintain traceability matrix of controls to ensure all controls are validated before Go-live.

Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to facilitate meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
Competent with Microsoft Office products
Needs to be technically literate on how systems and interfaces work
Experience with controls and/or process mapping is a plus
Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
Ability to work on site at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT is a plus
