Our Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently, supporting a high volume of candidates across multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Managing complex calendars across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, including reschedules and time zone consideration
  • Serving as the primary point of coordination between recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience
  • Completing recruiting workflows and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across candidate data, documentation, and interview logistics
  • Maintaining up-to-date records within recruiting systems and supporting reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Partnering closely with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leads to support daily recruiting operations and priorities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve coordination workflows and promote best practices across the recruiting process
  • Making sure data entries are correct; helping to call candidates; assisting with job fairs; greeting walk-ins; assisting with I-9s and drug screens; handling out-of-compliance orders; verifying order dates and start/end dates; making sure people are placed correctly on assignment
  • May help with candidate screening and front-desk type support while learning the role

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with candidates
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
  • Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; prior experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or coordination experience in a business environment; recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • Very organized, able to multitask, tech savvy, and professional
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Light Industrial experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range for this position is $21.44-$28.60 Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
