Our Early Intervention Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Supporting Onboarding/Credentialing team and Clinical Director to onboard/offboard EI providers
  • Ensuring KPT EI Providers have access to essential information and complete their required trainings
  • Creating and distributing KPT ID Badges, and setting up EI providers in required EI systems
  • Receiving, processing and monitoring EI referrals within required timelines, and ensuring necessary scripts are received and processed
  • Managing KPT Provider caseloads, assigning students to confirmed providers in EI systems, maintaining staffing lists, and handling caseload transitions
  • Addressing billing needs, assisting with trial items/resources, managing documentation, and tracking yearly training hours for EI providers

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion
  • Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written

Seeking a minimum of 1-3 years of office management and support.

Special Education experience and Early Intervention programs, processes, and systems, preferred.

Base pay range for this position is $44,625 - $59,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
