This Recruiting Manager will lead Direct Sourcing teams that proactively identify, engage, and hires candidates utilizing our client’s brand. Building and nurturing a talent community of qualified engaged talent that can quickly fill open roles in contingent workforce programs is the key responsibility of this role Recruiting Manager. This approach helps organizations reduce recruitment costs, improve candidate quality, and enhance their employer brand.

OurRecruiting Manager – Direct Sourcingis accountable for:

+ Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruiters and Talent Advisors to support successful hiring initiatives.

+ Overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline and streamlined process efficiency.

+ Aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives, leveraging labor market insights and industry trends.

+ Developing and implementing innovative workforce solutions in alignment with client goals.

+ Building and maintaining relationships with MSP teams and Clients.

+ Monitoring recruitment performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences: 

+ 7+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting

+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

+ Strong financial acumen with the capability to analyze profitability metrics.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
