What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently and as part of a team
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for ER patients
  • Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocol
  • Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of diverse patient populations
  • Support unit operations through effective delegation and communication


What You Need:
  • Current RN license in TX or a compact state
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
