What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently and as part of a team
- Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for ER patients
- Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocol
- Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of diverse patient populations
- Support unit operations through effective delegation and communication
What You Need:
- Current RN license in TX or a compact state
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
