The City of Dodge City is currently hiring for 12-week seasonal workers in the Parks and Facilities Department. Divisions seeking seasonals include: Parks, Forestry, Zoo, Cemetery, Golf and Athletic Field Maintenance.
Range of work for this position would be May/June - August. Work involves a variety of manual labor in the maintenance and care of parks, landscaping, athletic fields, and City buildings. Duties include mowing, trimming, general custodial duties and more.
Range of pay for this position is $15 per hour for 12-week seasonal workers. Applicants must be 18-years of age at time of hire and possess a valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record for these positions.
For those that successfully complete their term of seasonal employment, up to $200 bonus may be offered.
