Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Specialist assists the Director of Budget and Finance and the Staff Accountant to provide operation of the Accounts Payable section of Business Services.

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree or higher or professional training in business or secretarial courses.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Three years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Business background preferred.
