Safeguard EnviroGroup provides professional environmental services and reporting. We are looking for a detail-oriented Report Writer to join our team and help ensure our reports are accurate, complete, and delivered efficiently.


Job Overview
The Report Writer is responsible for preparing detailed reports using company templates, field notes from hygienists, lab results, and other supporting information. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors to gather any missing information needed to complete reports.


Key Responsibilities


  • Draft reports using company templates, hygienist notes, lab results, and other documentation.

  • Review reports carefully to ensure they are accurate, complete, and free of errors.

  • Contact internal staff when additional information is required to finalize reports.

  • Follow up with customers and vendors to obtain missing documentation or details.

  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven work experience in a front office or administrative setting.

  • Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with office software.

  • Excellent customer service abilities.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Dropbox, email platforms, and Adobe.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education


  • High School Diploma required.

  • Additional certifications or training are a plus.
