  • Licenses & Certifications: Certification for MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS; Blood Banking (Transfusion Service) skills required
  • Experience: No experience required for new graduates; 1+ year preferred for experienced candidates

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures, including blood banking and transfusion services
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Ensure quality control protocols are followed accurately
  • Calculate, verify, and report test results
  • Assist in developing and implementing new testing procedures and protocols
  • Support specimen processing, handling, and reporting
  • Cross-train in other laboratory sections as needed

What You Need:
  • Valid Certification: MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from recognized agencies (ASCP, AMT, AAB, HEW/HHS)
  • Excellent transfusion service skills, blood banking expertise required
  • Prior experience in blood banking strongly preferred
  • Ability to work Saturday through Monday, 6AM-7:30PM
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
