Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $83.75
  • Pay Package: $125 bill rate, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Support cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing labs and operating imaging equipment such as fluoro and digital acquisition systems
  • Document patient information and hemodynamic measurements accurately during procedures
  • Ensure strict aseptic technique and patient safety protocols are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency
  • Support and act as radiation safety representative during X-ray usage
  • Assist with setting up and troubleshooting advanced cath lab equipment (e.g., intravascular ultrasound, intra-aortic balloon pump)
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for procedures
  • Support department goals, including infection control, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives


What You Need
  • Required:
    • Graduate from an accredited radiology or healthcare-related program
    • Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
    • 0-1 year of experience in an acute care environment preferred
    • State licensure (e.g., MRT or LMRT in Texas) or relevant registration
  • Preferred:
    • Certifications such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT modalities
    • Experience with cath lab equipment and procedures
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and technical skills
