Verite Health Collective is an Ohio-based healthcare management services organization (MSO) supporting a portfolio of ventures spanning specialty care delivery, behavioral health, and healthcare technology. We operate across multiple entities and client engagements simultaneously, serving both direct care organizations and the platforms that support them. We operate lean, move fast, and hold ourselves to a high standard of execution.
Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Fractional Project Manager to support cross-entity operations across the Verite portfolio. This is a light-touch engagement -- 5 to 10 hours per week -- but the work requires someone who can hold context across multiple initiatives, communicate clearly with senior leadership, and keep things moving without being chased.
This role reports to the Verite executive team and operates across all entities and client engagements. You will not be managing a team. You will be managing visibility, momentum, and follow-through.
What You Will Do
Track active projects and initiatives across the Verite portfolio, maintaining a single source of truth for status, owners, and next steps
Own meeting preparation, follow-up documentation, and action item tracking across leadership conversations
Coordinate deliverables between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners including legal, finance, HR, and technology vendors
Support contract and SOW lifecycle management including tracking milestone dates, renewal windows, and open items
Assist with operational projects including systems implementation, onboarding workflows, and process documentation
Flag risks and blockers proactively -- you will be expected to surface problems before they become fires
Prepare summaries, briefs, and status updates for the executive team as needed
What We Are Looking For
3 or more years of project management or operational coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, healthcare technology, or a multi-entity services environment
Familiarity with MSO structure, healthcare contracting, or clinical operations is a strong plus
Comfortable operating across ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift and context is everything
Exceptional written communication -- your updates and summaries need to be clear, concise, and executive-ready
Strong tool fluency -- experience with project management platforms (monday.com, Asana, or similar), Google Workspace, and HRIS or ATS platforms preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
Available during standard business hours for async coordination and occasional synchronous check-ins
