10414: Parts Coordinator

Starting Rate of Pay: $28.71

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Maintain organized inventory of truck, trailer, dolly, and forklift parts for repairs and maintenance. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, communicate with vendors, and ensure proper stock levels using electronic systems. Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of maintenance or parts administration experience
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to handle heavy parts (up to 110 lbs) regularly
• Experience with parts management systems preferred
• Basic computer, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions

• WORKING CONDITIONS:

  Exposure to traffic, dust, fumes, noise, climate variations, and chemicals. Heavy traffic areas and physical tasks required.
