The Sales Analytics Specialist drives data-informed decision-making across the Business Development and Sales organizations. This role translates complex sales, customer, and financial data into actionable insights to support business growth, sales productivity, customer profitability, and market expansion. The manager works closely with Business Development and Sales leadership to optimize sales strategies-covering pipeline management, revenue optimization, pricing and promotion effectiveness, and forecasting-to improve performance and profitability. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with teams including Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management, and IT, ensuring analytics initiatives directly inform and influence commercial strategy and execution.
