  • $17.00 hour
  • Full-Time & Part-Time options available
  • Flexible scheduling in some locations
  • Locations: Elk River, Zimmerman, Buffalo, Loretto

What You’ll Do
As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.

You may:
  • Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
  • Support community involvement and social connections
  • Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
  • Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
  • Provide transportation to activities and appointments
  • Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
  • Document daily activities and care
No two days look the same—but your impact is always clear.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation with insurance
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check
