The Behavior Interventionist provides direct support to students experiencing behavioral, social-emotional, and self-regulation challenges that impact learning and school engagement. This position collaborates with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to implement proactive interventions, support positive student behavior, increase instructional time, and promote a safe and supportive learning environment. The Behavior Interventionist also serves as a resource to staff by supporting effective behavior management practices, de-escalation strategies, and student-centered interventions that help remove barriers to learning.
