    Position Title: Shift Supervisor

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Ensure safety of all plant personnel, vendors, contractors, and visitors; manage safety and environmental processes to ensure compliance.
    • Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
    • Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
    • Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

    Conditions of Employment:
