Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $2,319.48 weekly

Shifts: 7a-7p, every other weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic teaching hospital environment, managing a variety of acute care cases such as leukemia, solid tumors, and sickle cell crisis.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatric Hematology / Oncology
  • Manage central lines and administer chemotherapy
  • Conduct thorough pediatric assessments and demonstrate critical thinking
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including CNAs, receptionists, and healthcare specialists
  • Utilize Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensing systems
  • Float between PA, PHO, and other relevant units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Pediatric Hematology / Oncology
  • 1 year of experience in pediatric hem/oncology acute care
  • BLS certification; PALS preferred
  • APHON required chemo certification
  • Strong skills in central line management and pediatric care
