Job Description

Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our case seal team in the shipping department.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour.

n

n

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

n

n

n

• Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving, etc. n
• Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed. n
• Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments. n
• Trains associates on department tasks. n
• Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. n
• Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times. n
• Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department n
• Additional duties as assigned n

High School Diploma or GED required.

n n

• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) n
