The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all store operations, stepping in when needed.
- Manage customer/vendor relationships and lead a team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Oversee sales goals, control expenses, manage inventory, and handle monetary transactions.
- Maintain store appearance, ensure safety protocols, and uphold company values and ethics.
- Responsible for opening/closing the store and safeguarding assets.
- Requires high school diploma, 3+ years retail experience, and leadership skills. Cosmetology license is a plus.
- Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, and movement around the store.
