- Ensures operational procedures are followed, including inventory management, digital fulfillment, and safety protocols.
- Handles customer issues, supports hiring efforts, and maintains store safety and asset protection.
- Requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and strategic thinking.
Physical demands include standing, lifting, and moving items, with a safe work environment.
Prior retail or management experience is preferred, along with flexibility in scheduling. Cosmetology license is a plus but not mandatory.
