What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system
  • Verify product types, weights, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, and drivers to maintain efficient traffic flow
  • Maintain daily records, tickets, and reports in alignment with company procedures
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping
  • Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning operational systems; experience with SAP or similar systems is beneficial but not required
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a plant setting

Work Environment
This role is based at a quarry operation and involves working in an office near active plant and truck traffic. The position requires frequent interaction with drivers and plant personnel and may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
