This production Supervisor role involves managing daily production activities to meet schedule and quality goals, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD).
- Responsibilities include following instructions, verifying assembly accuracy, scheduling with team members, monitoring materials via systems like SyteLine, leading daily huddles, and stepping in for other leaders when needed.
- Oversees production in the supervisor’s absence, trains staff, and contributes to operational improvements. Communicates with maintenance and engineering, reviews shift progress, and enforces safety and housekeeping policies.
- Requires good communication, leadership skills, ability to learn drawings and computer systems, and adaptability to multitask and support operators.
- Requires a high school diploma, 3+ years production experience, and bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Physical demands include lifting, standing, and working around machinery, with a moderate noise environment. The position offers a salary starting at $26/hour plus $2 shift differential.
