UX Producer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (3 days onsite a week) Duration: Long term contract

Scope:

• Producer/Scrum lead for UX team's design system + recruiting tools project

Skills:

• Ability to understand and coordinate creative team efforts to deliver high-quality experiences for complex technical products and enterprise design systems
• Experience using Agile (specifically Scrum) tools and processes to drive the design process for UX teams comprised of Product/UI/UX Designers, Researchers and Developers
• Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across product, development, and management teams

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering large scale enterprise software solutions
• Hands-on experience with CMS solutions (Drupal, WordPress)
