Walmart US eCommerce Cross Border Inbound Team: Destination Services Staff - Technology Operations
Position Summary
The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network. We are seeking an experienced Staff - Technology Operations to own Destination Services for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service.
Job Description
This role will define the vision and roadmap for the destination-side services we will offer to Walmart Imports sellers. This role will focus on shaping the future Destination Services product - grounded in seller feedback, service performance insights, and operational feasibility. Partnering closely with Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams, you will translate seller needs and operational realities into clear business requirements, design end-to-end service experiences, and guide the development of scalable, reliable capabilities from port unload through delivery to FCs.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
