# Position Summary...

# What youll do...

Seeking a Java Backend Engineer 5-10 years experience with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs implementing scalable backend services and applying OOP principles and design patterns. Strong knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security), ORM frameworks, and SQL databases is required. Experience with Kubernetes, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, AKS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Proven ability to build, deploy, and support secure, high-performance, cloud-native microservices-based backend systems is expected.

### What youll do

  • Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that challenge the status quo.
  • Support the business by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, system implications, and guiding users to appropriate resources.
  • Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, action planning, resolution execution, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Apply current expertise to improve action plans, align with business goals, and advocate best practices.
  • Build stakeholder partnerships, implement business solutions, adapt to change, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
  • Develop high-performance, scalable big data ETL solutions.

  • As a Software Engineer, lead development of high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications using Spring Boot for microservices while exploring Java-based desktop, mobile, and web applications.
  • Develop scalable, secure Spring Boot microservices APIs, web applications, and data analytics solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
  • Build modern web and cross-platform mobile applications using React and React Native for seamless user experiences.
  • Develop dynamic, interactive applications using JavaScript across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
  • Leverage Azure services (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, AKS) to design, deploy, and manage secure cloud-native applications.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
