# What youll do...
Seeking a Java Backend Engineer 5-10 years experience with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs implementing scalable backend services and applying OOP principles and design patterns. Strong knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security), ORM frameworks, and SQL databases is required. Experience with Kubernetes, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, AKS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Proven ability to build, deploy, and support secure, high-performance, cloud-native microservices-based backend systems is expected.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
