About the team:

The Senior Manager, People, supports the Real Estate and Energy teams by partnering with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and develop scalable talent solutions. This team focuses on empowering associates to deliver exceptional results through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement. They drive change management initiatives, foster employee engagement, and ensure alignment with business goals. By leveraging human resource management and data analysis, the team creates an environment where talent thrives and operational needs are met efficiently, contributing to the success and growth of a dynamic business.

What you''ll do:

  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to build a high-performing, team-based work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and legal regulations through training, audits, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze data, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights supporting business objectives.
  • Advise leaders on human resources strategies and organizational change initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive associate engagement and operational excellence.

What you''ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in human resource management with a strong focus on organizational change and talent planning.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting business and HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Demonstrated skills in driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability, and supporting associate development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
