Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Insights to execute Plus upgrade initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, and proactively surface risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

In-Club Experience & Enablement

  • Gain deep understanding of how upgrades are delivered in our Clubs by partnering with Operations to test, learn, and scale effective in-Club upgrade experiences.
  • Support improvements to in-Club upgrade experiences by translating strategy into clear storytelling, tools, and activation moments.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations for presentations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate performance results, learnings, and next steps clearly and effectively, building strong working relationships across teams.
