As a Sr. Manager I, Product Development & Sourcing, you'll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you develop, from ideation to finished product review, come to life in stores and online. Leveraging your skills in communication, market knowledge, sales analysis, quality and fit, you'll be the expert for Private Brand products within your categories of responsibility and leverage the scale and access of the Walmart system to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers worldwide. Along the way, you'll be guided by our deep-rooted culture and have the support and tools you need to do your job, learn, grow and succeed.
You'll be responsible for all product development decisions in your categories. You'll be responsible for growing private brand sales with emphasis on quality, value, and customer experience for the in-store and online category to increase loyalty and conversion with the customer.
You'll need to keep a pulse on trend and innovation and want to be first to market versus the competition. You'll be responsible for working with cross functional team members including Merchants, Sourcing, Quality, Suppliers, and Brand Design and Development Teams.
As a Senior Manager I, Product Development & Sourcing, you will lead the development, provide innovation and focus on quality to drive profitable growth, develop robust partnerships with suppliers, and use vision and creativity to impact the customer experience. You know your supplier and customer needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for your business. Success in this role requires tenacity, a member mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You'll use your executive presence to work with suppliers and cross functional team members at all levels and navigate interesting, complex challenges.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 3 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 5 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications: Financial Modeling and Analysis, Microsoft Office, Product Development, Programming Language - VBA, Project Management, Statistical Programming Language - Structured Query Language (SQL)
