Position Summary

The Supply Chain Transformation & Analytics team within Flow and Capacity Planning is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that improve the end-to-end flow of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and ultimately to stores. The organization partners across distribution center networks, transportation operations, and store delivery teams to modernize systems, simplify operational processes, and enhance the overall associate and customer experience.

This role will support a high-priority transformation initiative within Store Delivery, focused on improving the distribution center-to-store delivery experience through modernization of legacy systems, process optimization, and advanced analytics. The team is currently transitioning from proof-of-concept work into large-scale testing and implementation efforts, making this a highly visible and impactful opportunity within Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project management, analytics, transportation, and supply chain operations experience, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Strategy

  • Partner with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and operational teams to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, simplify workflows, and enhance store delivery performance.

  • Support large-scale modernization efforts involving legacy systems, operational processes, and supply chain technologies.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

  • Drive proof-of-concept initiatives into scalable production-ready solutions.

  • Develop contingency plans and proactively remove barriers impacting project delivery.

Analytics & Operational Insights

  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives to support transportation, distribution center, and store delivery operations.

  • Develop models, reporting frameworks, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Analyze operational performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support system enhancements and transformation efforts.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Transportation, Store Operations, Product, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver scalable operational solutions.

  • Collaborate across multiple business functions to align priorities, support implementation efforts, and ensure successful execution.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and business impacts effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Help build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

  • Mentor and support associates through coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
