This team manages the Inventory Planning ecosystem across omni-channel network, focusing on Forecasting, Inventory Placement, Inventory Targets, and Item Exits. These products optimize inventory positioning, safety stock, and item lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency. The team values strong ownership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with engineering and business partners to deliver innovative solutions. Members drive product strategy execution and continuous improvement to support Walmarts supply chain excellence. ### What youll do Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize feature performance. Strong Knowledge of ecommerce, retail, supply chain. Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management in complex environment. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including analytics tools and insight extraction to inform product direction. Deep understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance product value. Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities to build consensus and align resources. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and modern product development practices. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
