*OPENING TEAM OPPORTUNITY

EXPERIENCED BARISTA | TrioShot Cafe- Stafford, VA

Pay: $15 $17 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available

About TrioShot Cafe

TrioShot Cafe is a boutique community coffee shop opening in Stafford, Virginia. We are creating a welcoming gathering space featuring specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, smoothies, waffles, crepes, ice cream, a community library, and regularly scheduled events.

We are seeking experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating meaningful customer connections.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso beverages, coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Educate guests about menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Operate Square POS and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with food preparation and pastry service
  • Support caf events and community programming
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

  • 1 5 years of experience in an independent coffee shop, caf , bakery, or hospitality-focused concept
  • Strong espresso and beverage preparation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain before completion of training
