Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit
The athletics department mission is to represent East Carolina University with distinction and create a challenging and supportive environment for student-athletes to excel in the classroom, in competition, and in life. Primary Purpose of Position
- Assist with running cheerleading practices.
- Assist with game day set up, coaching the cheerleading team, and breaking down on game day,
- Oversee travel for the cheerleading team on away football games, as needed.
- Assist with Competition Team practices and NCAA Competition.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Evening and weekend availability is essential.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Cheerleading experience required.
- Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.
