Description

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for:

  • Develop and generate targeting leads/proposals.
  • Articulate leads and findings to non-tech people.
  • Have initiative and the ability to use targeting methodologies to develop targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience as part of a team that conceptualizes, initiates, develops, and manages covert action operations.
  • Demonstrated experience reading network packet capture data; experience working with network logs and records; and experience working with cyber threat intelligence and network threat reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience working difficult area issues and spearhead unique, complex collection efforts, including HUMINT enabled technical projects, in support of mission objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing skills, and written and verbal communication regarding program dynamics, plans and operations to leadership, senior leadership and relevant partners.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting complex cyber issues to customer with a wide range of technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering timely support and error-free products on short deadlines to support projects and engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer tools and data repositories.

Desired Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience with Chinese language.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Python.
  • Demonstrated experience working in command line within both Windows and Linux OS.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting counter-China projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing products and supporting briefings to review boards.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging informally and formally with HQS and Field elements to drive projects.

Education Requirement

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
