This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.Position Responsibilities Responsible for the overall inventory health across the global distribution network for stocked partsManagement of MRP capabilities related to inventory balancing and replenishment for stocked and non-stocked partsCoordinate with program management and finance to ensure alignment between inventory plans and business/financial performance goalsCollaborate across the supply chain team and technical engineering communities to leverage insights for supportability and planning strategiesPartner with Customer Program Managers and utilize customer relationships to gather intelligence for demand planningIdentification & dispositioning of excess material; to include sourcing of excess materials from within Boeing's overall supply networkIntegrate with Program Management and Business Development on stocking strategies, both domestically and internationallyKey contributor to the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, responsible for Inventory PlanningAchievement of Supply Chain Planning Key Performance Indicators (Fill Rate, On Time Delivery & Stocked Zero Bin); responsible to determine root cause/corrective action for metric degradersMaintenance and reporting of performance for Tailored Part Packages/Service Level AgreementsIdentification and management of critical parts, utilizing Management Control and Inventory Reserve capabilities to protect AOG & Hi Priority ordersPartner with Supplier Management, Finance and Program Management to develop sourcing strategies that utilize long term contracts and maximize material cost breaks (Time Phased Supply Planning, Min/Max, etc.)Leverage analytics capabilities to continue automation of business processesBasic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain ManagementBachelors in Business/Supply Chain Planning or Science EngineeringSAP experienceSupply Chain Demand & Supply Planning & StrategyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Data Analytics/ BI and ReportingPay Rate Range Min Pay Rate $47.89Max Pay Rate $55Currency USDUnit hourlyBenefits Information Optional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401KTundra Technical Solutions is among North America's leading providers of Staffing and Consulting Services.
