ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments for franchise restaurant locations and support centers.Monitor distributor performance, delivery schedules, fill rates, and inventory levels.Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees and vendors regarding shipping, order issues, shortages, and logistics concerns.Track and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and service interruptions.Assist in managing product rollouts, promotions, seasonal items, and limited‑time offers from a distribution perspective.Support new restaurant openings by coordinating delivery timelines and supply readiness.Inventory & Supply Chain SupportMonitor inventory trends and assist with forecasting to minimize shortages and excess inventory.Maintain accurate distribution records, product data, and logistics documentation.Analyze shipping and freight costs to identify savings opportunities and operational efficiencies.Collaborate with procurement and culinary teams to support product transitions and supplier changes.Help ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and transportation standards.Fulfill and manage internal Shopify store orders, ensuring accurate processing, quality control, and timely shipment coordinationMaintain organized inventory through weekly counts, product rotation, and supply ordering to support daily operationsProvide customer support by resolving order and fulfillment issues while coordinating UPS pickups and outbound logisticsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and franchise operators.Communicate logistics updates, supply issues, and operational changes to stakeholders.Support vendor performance reviews and reporting initiatives.Assist in troubleshooting operational supply chain challenges affecting restaurant performance.Reporting & Administrative DutiesPrepare reports related to logistics KPIs, inventory performance, freight costs, and service levels.Maintain databases, shipment tracking systems, and supply chain documentation.Support cross-functional projects related to distribution optimization and operational improvement.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExcellent communication and relationship management skillsCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to analyze data and identify operational improvementsAbility to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanorAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProblem-solving mindset with strong customer service orientationRequired Qualifications1-2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or restaurant operationsValid driver's license and proof of automobile insurancePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, or related fieldExperience working with restaurant franchising, foodservice distribution, or multi-unit operationsExperience coordinating with national or regional foodservice distributorsFamiliarity with franchise support environmentsUnderstanding of freight, warehouse, and inventory processesExperience with ArrowstreamWork EnvironmentsOffice environment with standard equipment: computers, phones, copiers, etc.Occasional visits to restaurants, distribution centers, and supplier facilities, including indoor and outdoor environments, with variable temperatures and noise levelsPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee.Occasionally required to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and stoopOccasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbsCapable of driving personal vehicle to store locations or rental vehicles to out of state store locations, and capable of flying commercially for company travelRequired to refrain from drinking alcohol prior to performing specific duties of job such as drivingPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours outside of normal business hours and days of the week are the norm as well as overnights. A requirement of this job is to attend vendor-sponsored events that could require overnight stays during the evenings and on weekends.
