You are responsible for everything that happens inside our store — the quality of our products, the performance of our team, the experience our guests have, and the financial health of the business. This is a true leadership role, not a supervisory one.You will help recruit, train, and develop your team. You will own the store's P&L, control costs, manage inventory, and execute the brand to the highest standard. You'll be a coach, a problem-solver, a culture-setter, and a standard-bearer — all at once.
