    Store ManagerOur client, a well‑established and rapidly growing quick‑service restaurant concept, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at their Anderson, SC location. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, scheduling, and financial performance.Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.Foster a positive and motivating work environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize profitability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.Manage labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses to achieve or exceed financial goals.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Support company initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement efforts.Qualifications5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally within a quick‑service or fast‑paced dining concept.MUST have worked at a restaurant before that has a drive thru.Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive team culture.Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and interpreting profit and loss statements.Knowledge of labor laws, food safety, and workplace safety standards.Skilled in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing daily operations and ongoing initiatives.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and general POS systems.Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license with a clean driving record.High school diploma required; additional education in business or restaurant management preferred.$60K‑$65K base salary with performance‑based bonuses.ScheduleMust be able to work a flexible schedule.Shifts will usually run from 6 AM‑3 PM.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionManagement, Business Development, and Human ResourcesIndustriesFood and Beverage Services and RestaurantsBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
