We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with our participants and contributing to the fight against homelessness. The Stability Coordinator provides strategic oversight, guidance, and professional development support for Stability Case Managers. This position oversees participant program activities, provides new hire and ongoing training for the team, and ensures program compliance with service goals and objectives.What Your Day Looks LikeCollaborate with the Housing Stability Manager to develop strategies and oversee the implementation of programs supporting at‑risk familiesSupervise and provide strategic direction for case management staff, including leading meetings, performance evaluations, and professional coachingLead recruitment efforts and training for case management staff and ensuring alignment with HF policies and program needsOversee resolution of complex service challenges and guide staff in developing effective approaches and solutionsDevelop individual assessments and service plans in line with program goalsEnhance participant relations and create a work environment focused on service, diversity, and respect that guides staff to ensure a positive experience for our participantsOversee reporting and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with program goalsLead case reviews, exit planning, and program coordination meetings and act as a liaison with funders and community organizationsEnsure accurate record‑keeping and assist in policy and procedure developmentPromote culturally competent services and a collaborative work environmentMay occasionally assume limited case management responsibilities for training or program purposesWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleAbility to work and collaborate with a diverse group of people on projects and making decisions for the benefit of our participantsFamiliarity with case management databases or customer service platformsA thoughtful leader who ensures their team has a healthy and collaborative working environmentHighly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently to meet goalsDemonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgement and uphold policies and proceduresSkilled in documentation, reporting, and maintaining confidentialityWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in social work, psychology, human services setting or related fieldExperience managing a team, setting goals, coaching opportunities, and professional developmentA background in working with nonprofit organizations, social services organizations, or community‑based programsFamiliarity with Bay Area resources for low‑income familiesBilingual abilities, especially in SpanishHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other softwareAbility to travel locally and long distance to meet with vendors and participantsWe encourage applicants to apply even if they feel they do not meet all the listed criteria.
