About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Planning & Inventory Operations - Modern System Activation & Support, you will play a critical role in the modernization of Target's Planning & Inventory Management capabilities. You will help drive the successful activation, adoption, and continuous improvement of modern inventory management systems by partnering closely with Core Inventory Management (IM) teams, Product, Data, and Operations partners.
In this role, you will serve as both a change leader and operational partner, guiding teams through system activation, supporting post-launch stabilization, and identifying enhancements that improve business processes and user experience. You'll translate operational needs into scalable solutions while helping teams maximize the value of modern inventory capabilities.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and the ability to influence partners across multiple organizations.
