This role includes supervising shop staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on time. The Shop Manager will manage inventory and materials, maintain equipment and shop cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include resolving customer issues, supporting installations and fabrications as needed, monitoring quality of workmanship, and working closely with leadership to improve processes, customer experience, and overall shop performance.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Store Management and Operations Management skills to oversee shop activities, workflow, and resource allocation.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers, and to provide clear instructions and updates.Previous experience in a shop, construction, or glass/mirror environment is highly beneficial, including familiarity with tools, materials, and safety practices.Ability to lead and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Basic computer skills for scheduling, inventory tracking, and documentation; bilingual abilities are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
