Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
Oversee field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors
Coordinate work in active hospital environments with minimal disruption
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Enforce strict safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
Drive project planning, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
Mentor junior team members and support team development
Profile
3-5+ years of Project Management experience (PM level)
5+ years and strong leadership experience (Senior PM level)
Commercial construction experience; healthcare preferred
Experience working in occupied or sensitive environments is a plus
Richmond candidates: must have extensive inpatient hospital renovation experience
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules successfully

Competitive compensation:
PM: $100K-$130K
Senior PM: $130K-$150K
$500/month vehicle allowance
