Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support a 300-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. This is a hands-on, senior-level role focused on advanced repairs, make-readies, and supporting overall property maintenance operations.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
High School Diploma or GED
EPA Certification required (Type II or Universal)
Pool maintenance experience preferred
Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair skills
Experience supporting turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance
Ability to work independently and assist junior technicians when needed
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to participate in on-call rotation and emergency response
Key Responsibilities
Complete advanced maintenance repairs and service requests
Support unit turns and make-ready work for new residents
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system issues
Assist in maintaining property safety, compliance, and curb appeal standards
Support preventive maintenance programs and inspections
Assist with pool maintenance (preferred skill set)
Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
Help ensure efficient daily operations of a 300-unit community
