APPLY TODAY!Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee daily branch operations including worker dispatch, client coordination, and service deliveryManage worker recruitment, screening, and retention programsEnsure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policiesMaintain accurate records of worker hours, client billing, and branch performance metricsSales & Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and businessesGenerate new business through cold calling, networking, and referral programsPrepare proposals and negotiate contracts for temporary labor servicesMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsRecruit, train, and supervise branch staff and day laborersConduct safety meetings and ensure proper training protocolsHandle worker scheduling and job assignmentsResolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationshipsMonitor branch P&L performance and implement cost-control measuresManage payroll processing and worker compensationTrack key performance indicators and report to regional managementIdentify opportunities for operational efficiency improvementsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years management experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or service industriesStrong sales track record with proven ability to build client relationshipsExperience managing diverse teams and working with blue-collar workforceBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationProficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesCustomer service orientation with professional demeanorPhysical ability to work in warehouse/outdoor environments as neededFlexibility to work early morning hours and occasional weekendsBase Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually based on experienceCommission Structure: Uncapped earning potential based on branch performanceTotal Compensation Range: $70,000 - $150,000+ with strong performanceBenefits Package Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysVehicle allowanceCell phone and technology stipendPerformance bonuses and incentive programsRegional Growth Opportunity High-performing Branch Managers have clear advancement opportunities to Regional Manager positions, overseeing multiple branches with significantly increased compensation and equity participation opportunities.This position operates in a dynamic branch office setting with regular interaction with clients and workers.
