BL101 began as an Instagram account started by a baseball obsessed teenager on his couch that started a community and has grown into something bigger than he ever could've imagined.
Today, Baseball Lifestyle has over 200 employees, retail locations in malls and tournament complexes, and can be found in various sporting goods stores around the country, like Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Academy. The community built at BL101 has grown with the company's success and the mission to grow the love of baseball stands true every day.

The Pack and Ship Shift Supervisor guides our Pack and Ship team in a fast-paced e-commerce/retail warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, training new hires, and tracking team performance to meet daily and weekly targets.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Pack and Ship team, ensuring all outbound orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Monitor team performance against productivity goals and service level standards; provide guidance and corrective action when needed.
- Report operational issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, delays) promptly to Warehouse or Operations Management.
- Train and onboard new team members on processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Collaborate with other departments (Receiving, Inventory, Customer Service) to support order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory counts, audits, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Maintain open and consistent line of communication with Pack & Ship and Warehouse to ensure all products needed for orders are readily available
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean and organized daily
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule
- Sunday - Tuesday 6am - 6pm OR Wednesday - Saturday 6am - 4pm
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or operations coursework is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment and shipping platforms, Shopify preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
- Standing or sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Repetitive wrist motion
- Audible recognition of alarms
