OverviewAs the Department Manager, Retail Sales you'll lead the strategy, performance, and execution of the store's customer-facing sales experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own key performance metrics across conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction, driving the floor's daily energy and long-term growth.
