️ Position Overview: RN Day Shift
The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
- Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
