Our hybrid working model is three days in the office and two days from home each week.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic network plans for AMS and EMEA using internal and external data.Align store expansion strategies with global goals and regional market dynamics.Provide accurate sales forecasts and transfer assumptions for new store and relocation business cases.Keep systems and data updated to ensure recommendations reflect current market trends.Use GIS platforms, visualization tools, and forecasting techniques to deliver strong portfolio insights.Deliver clear presentations with actionable insights.QualificationsProficient in location planning and GIS techniques, tools, spatial analytics, and statistical methods.Strong financial and market insight, including understanding of P&L, market dynamics, and consumer trends.Excellent analytical and presentation skills with an ability to integrate, interpret, and present data effectively.Relevant degree and experience in retail location planning; proficiency in QGIS, ArcGIS, Alteryx, and Tableau is required.Experience with SQL or Python coding is a plus.Background in global retail or FMCG/CPG and familiarity with diverse store formats and segmentations would be advantageous.CompensationThe salary for this position ranges from 107,885.00 $ to 161,827.00 $ based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints.BenefitsEnhanced paid leave options.Life and disability insurance.Access to the Headspace app and wellbeing initiatives.Generous colleague discount from day one.Bonus scheme tied to the achievement of company goals.Hybrid work policy with a weekly average of three days in the office.Culture & CommunityWe foster a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture where everyone feels safe, valued and belongs.
