About the Role
You will meet with members by phone or video to review available program options and provide helpful information in a clear, easy-to-understand way. You may also assist with digital forms, follow up when additional support is needed, and keep accurate records of member interactions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable using online tools, and can stay organized while working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
